Version 1.6.0.1591 of Phoenix SL Viewer got a severe bug which makes all menu-systems on deeded security systems to stop working completely!
This problem have been detected in both Macintosh and Windows version of the phoenix viewer.
If you experience loss of menu-controls, here is how to fix it:
Solution A (Upgrading)
1: First uninstall the phoenix viewer, then visit the phoenix web-site to download the newest version:
http://www.phoenixviewer.com/
2: After you have installed the newest version available (1.6.0.1600 or newer) the problem has been solved.
3: Finished!
Solution B (Downgrading)
1: First uninstall the phoenix viewer, then download one of the following older versions, which has proven stability:
Windows version:

Macintosh version:
http://downloads.phoenixviewer.com/Mac/Phoenix_Viewer_1.5.2.1185_Intel.dmg
